    ExpandIQ is a small, focused team working on complex problems. You will work closely with clients and internal teams, have significant autonomy in how you approach problems and see the systems you build used in real organisations.

    Consider carefully

    This role may not be the right fit if you prefer working only on isolated technical problems. Much of the work involves integrating AI into existing systems and processes and collaborating closely with product teams and client teams.

    • You may find this role less enjoyable if you prefer environments where requirements are fully specified before work begins
    • Projects at ExpandIQ rarely remain purely experimental. The goal is always production use
