Most AI projects fail. Not because the technology doesn't work.
They fail because the solutions aren't built for real people, in real workflows, with real pressures. They fail because adoption was an afterthought. They fail because nobody measured whether they actually delivered anything.
We started ExpandIQ because we kept seeing the same pattern: talented teams, well-funded projects, and AI that sat unused three months after launch.

He cares about making modern tools practical and commercially useful, with a clear focus on turning strategy into real value. His work centres on helping teams reduce effort, improve margins and feel confident adopting new ways of working.
Chief Technology Officer
Manny is an experienced engineer who turns complex problems into dependable, well-designed systems. He leads the technical direction at ExpandIQ, making sure everything we build is secure, scalable and grounded in real operational needs. He's known for his calm approach, clear thinking and strong attention to detail.

Most of our work is delivered in a hybrid model, combining on-site workshops with remote delivery.
